Refunds & Subscription Cancellations Policy

Subscription Cancellations

If you want to cancel your Learnistic subscription, please use the information in the “Contacting Us” section below to make your cancellation request.

When you cancel your Learnistic subscription, you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OF ANY PORTION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU PAID FOR THE CURRENT OR PRIOR BILLING PERIODS.

Example: If we process cancellation of a monthly Learnistic subscription on March 20th, you will continue to receive the benefits of that subscription until March 31st and there will not be a refund of any part of the March monthly subscription fee. You will neither be billed for nor receive the benefits of the cancelled subscription after March.

Do not wait until the end of a billing or subscription period to make a subscription cancellation request because such requests are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive them. Providing us with your account/subscription number (if you have one) may speed up the process of honoring your request.

We will confirm your subscription has been cancelled by email.

Future Subscription Ban

If your Learnistic subscription is cancelled, we reserve the unilateral right to ban you (for any reason or for no reason whatsoever) from subscribing to Learnistic again in the future.

When you communicate with us by email concerning a request to cancel your Learnistic subscription, you are agreeing that we can respond to you by email or other electronic means of communication.

In the alternative, you can use the contact form at https://learnistic.com/contact to make your cancellation request.

METHOD 4 — POSTAL MAIL

 

If you do not have access to email, our website’s contact form, or a telephone, you may send a written request for subscription cancellation by first class postal mail to:

Please note that it will take longer for us to receive a cancellation request sent by postal mail than one made via email, using our website’s contact form, or calling us by telephone.

Force Majeure

We, our principals, employees, independent contractors, and agents shall not be liable for failure to perform any of our obligations under this policy during any period in which we cannot perform due to fire, earthquake, flood, or other natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, explosion, casualty, war, terrorism, embargo, riot, civil disturbance, act of public enemy, act of God, or the intervention of any government authority, or similar cause beyond our control.

Force Majeure

This Policy and Customer Agreements

Any customer agreement between us supersedes this policy to the extent there is any conflict with the terms and conditions of the customer agreement.

CCPA, GDPR, and LGPD Fees

Any fees charged to process a request made under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 to § 1798.199 ("CCPA"), Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) or Brazil's General Law on Protection of Personal Data, Law No. 13,709/2018 (“LGPD”), whether the processing is voluntary or by legal mandate, are not eligible for a refund.
